Job Description

◾Review tender documents, including contractual letters, specifications, drawings, and bills of quantities, to determine project scope and collect relevant tender information

◾Preparing Bill of Quantities, Schedule of Rates

◾ Preparation of monthly Client Bill (RA Bill/On Account Bill) in item rate (BOQ) as per contract agreement and timely certification from the client.

◾ Preparing and Certifying Sub contractor Bill based on approved work order.

◾ Maintaining DPR, WPR and MPR

◾ Coordinating & Supervision of Site as per provided drawing and approved BBS.

◾ Client Handling on site, clearing queries of Client related to Site 

◾ Estimating of quantities as per drawing and rate analysis.

Skill Set

◾ Candidate must have a desired experience in Building Project.

◾ Candidate must have a knowledge of AutoCAD, SAP, MSP and other related software for Quantity Surveying.
