Planning/ Value Engineering

Execution

BOQ

Cost

Quality

Material Knowledge

Knowledge of NBC (National Building Code)

Worked in High rise towers not less than 24 floor

Knowledge of HT/LT (Electrical), Plumbing, firefighting, HVAC is mandatory

 


BTech/ Diploma-Electrical or Mechanical

Minimum- 12 to 15 years of experience in a Real Estate builder
